recipe is fantastic. I make it more often with skinless, bone-in turkey thighs because it’s got a deeper, sharper flavor. But it’s perfect as written. It’s one of three recipes I make in the instant pot... might need to branch out more. 🤷🏻♂️(if you do make it, sauté the vegetables a bit first so you get some liquid going, and not that frustrating burn warning. It’s too soupy if you add extra liquid. Though you can always reduce it.)
